Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of purchase via your chosen shipping method. Once your order has processed and is packed for shipping, you should receive a tracking number via email. 

Shipping times vary depending on location, and most packages are generally delivered within 5-7 business days. All methods of shipping are currently experiencing delays due to unforeseen circumstances and high volumes, and we can't always guarantee delivery times.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We no longer offer a blanket return, refund, or exchange policy.

If you believe that you need a return, refund, or exchange, please email us directly, and we can review each case as the arise.

Please email us at: info@MineralSolutions.us with your reason for return, refund, or exchange, a brief description (if needed) and photos of the item(s) in question.

We have changed our policy as the previous 30 day return policy was overused, and we can no longer retain it.
