GreenClays.com was founded by Jason R. Eaton and co-founded by Cano Graham.

Jason wrote "Upon a Clay Tablet: The Definitive Guide to Healing with Homeostatic Clay" and founded Eytons' Earth. He came to clay in his late teens, out of personal necessity, and spent the next twenty-five years studying it: the chemistry, the methods of action, the practical application, and nearly every book and paper ever written on the subject. He ran a global forum for practitioners long before there were online communities for this kind of work, and he built Eytons' Earth, a free resource that became a reference point for clay practitioners worldwide.

Cano wrote "The Clay Disciples" and ran the Crystal Cross Clay Healing Center in the far reaches of the Mojave Desert, where he learned clay therapy the way it has always been learned, by trial and error over many years. His was one of the only facilities in the country offering clay magma baths made with true therapeutic grade clay.

That clay came out of the Mojave. It is the same Green Desert Calcium Bentonite we mine and sell today.

Both men spent years hand-selecting and hand-gathering clay before either of them considered selling it. Cano passed some years ago. Jason passed unexpectedly in March of 2022, and the loss was felt across the entire natural healing community.
